New to Fencing?
Our Intro class teaches you the fundamentals of fencing in a one-month class. Equipment is provided, your first class is free, and new fencers start the first week of every month.
Experienced Fencers
After the Intro class you move into our Beginner class, then on through Intermediate, open fencing, private lessons, and our Competitive track if you want to compete.
Open Fencing
Fencers in any class can join open fencing, as long as they have their own electric gear. FC Asheville is a foil and epee club. Check the schedule for current nights.
Our Location
We currently hold every practice 457b North Louisiana Asheville, NC 28806.
There are a few spaces available for parking directly in front of our club location. Overflow parking available a few buildings down in the “N Louisiana Plaza” parking lot. Please be careful to not to park in spaces reserved for our building’s shared neighbors, and do not park in the spaces for our adjacent neighbors immediately to our right/south (the buildings that wrap around and include behind our building). These are all reserved spaces that could result in towing.

Fencing Club Asheville is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with the mission of teaching the Olympic sport of Fencing to the Asheville, NC and greater Buncombe County area. Any donations you make would be tax deductible and would go towards providing a safe, affordable, indoor sports activity for the youth and adults of the area, including covering our Sliding Scale and Scholarship program.
